The house area is 60 square meters.

The room has an entrance hall, a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms with separate showers and bathrooms. An operational roof, a terrace and a private pier.

There are two double beds for the main beds, and a bunk bed (in the living room) for additional beds, which can comfortably accommodate two adults.

Children under the age of five can live without extra charge if they do not need the main place.

Check-in after 15:00, check-out before 12:00.
